Items can be returned after communication with the seller up to 30 days after receipt of item.  USPS 1st Class/Priority packages are insured, and items damaged in the mail will require a claim at the Post Office.

I generally ship within 24 hours after receipt of order.  Comic books do not meet USPS standards for Media Mail.  Comics will ship 1st Class or Priority.
